Dear business partners,
many years of experience and high quality of production have made both PINTSCH BAMAG and BUBENZER BREMSEN a specialist in brake technology sector. Therefore it suggest itself to bundle these strengths to represent a consistent expansion of our existing, positive market position. In July, 2007 we’ve aquired the firm of BUBENZER BREMSEN – with its headquarters in the town of Kirchen-Wehbach in the Siegerland area of Germany – together with its subsidiaries in the U.S.A. and Malaysia.
PINTSCH BUBENZER is the result of a strategic realignment of the drive technology corporate area of PINTSCH BAMAG Antriebs- und Verkehrstechnik GmbH, Dinslaken.
Since June 1st, 2008 the process of the change of the corporate name has started. Therefore the drive technology corporate area of the PINTSCH BAMAG GmbH and the BUBENZER BREMSEN Gerhard Bubenzer Ing. GmbH will trade in the future under the name PINTSCH BUBENZER GmbH with the following corporate logo:
In the context of this change of the corporate name all activities of the so far drive technology corporate area
will continue the business under the name of „Division PINTSCH BUBENZER of the PINTSCH BAMAG Antriebs- und Verkehrstechnik GmbH“.
Together with the former company BUBENZER BREMSEN GmbH, which is located in Kirchen, the complete former drive technology corparte area of the PINTSCH BAMAG GmbH will definitely belong to the PINTSCH BUBENZER GmbH during the second half of this year.
As soon as the insertion in the commercial register is done, our business partners will get detailed information with all important contact data.
The Executives of the new company will be composed of the same team of Mr. Markus Topp and Stefan Kröger who are familiar to you. For that reason there are no changes regarding the personal contacts. The same is true for your contact persons in the sales department.
The merger of successful brake manufacturers into the PINTSCH BUBENZER GmbH has resulted in a full-line, high-quality braking systems supplier which is well-positioned to service the container handling, shipbuilding, offshore, mining, steel and wind industries world-wide.
The production facilities complement each other, and are supported by synergies in research and development capabilities. Additional synergies in the areas of installation, sales and service will help to strengthen PINTSCH BUBENZER’s competitive position.
