The integrated, transformerless power amplifier has two output terminals, each with a 50W output power, for direct activation of low-resistance cone speakers. The operator panel enables the entire system to be controlled very easily. Light-emitting diodes are used to display the NF status.

1. EU version
The standard special signals for Germany, Great Britain, France, the Netherlands, Austria and Italy are programmed. The day/night changeover enables emission of a signal with a reduced sound level.

2. US version
The signals WAIL, YELP, HI-LO, PEAK and AIRHORN can be emitted.

To the special signalling system K-SM 10 can be connected two loudspeakers K-SR 30, K-SR 51 or K-SR 71. This allows sound pressures of 118 dB(A) to 123 dB(A) at a distance of one metre to be achieved. Any beacons with a maximum total current consumption of 10A can be used. Other beacons are to be connected via relays. Alternatively, a TOPas lightbar in which the loudspeakers and beacons are integrated in a unit can also be used.

Voice announcements can be broadcast via an external microphone (included in the scope of supply), radio set, tape deck, or CD player etc. If the microphone is activated, this has priority over all other signals.
